MEET MICAH
I’m now 42 years old and have been in fitness and health for over 10 years. I have learned and researched how the body functions with healthy, nutritous foods . When I was in my late 20s and early 30s, I have experience Arena Football and CFL by attending over 4 team training camps and prevented me from playing due to injuries. By training with these teams, my knowledge for training and healthy eating grew fast. I notice how by changing my eating habits had a lot to do with injuries being healed. I learned that food is the best medicine for the mind ,body and stress free. I later received my certification for Sports Nutrition and Fitness and working on my MBA for sport science. Being able to experience ,study, research and attend/listen to Nutrition Science Doctors,helped me to become more knowledgeable about how food can harm you or heal you.
